Altus Global Aviation LLC was founded in 2004 by Liz Franz, in Crystal Lake, Illinois. As an industry veteran, Liz has developed strong business relationships and extensive knowledge of the aviation industry. Altus Global Aviation LLC was created to provide excellent service for customers, quick delivery times for purchase orders and competitive pricing of engine material.

Liz Franz
CEO and Founder
Liz Franz founded Altus Global Aviation, LLC in September 2004 after working in London for three years. Along with 27 years of industry experience, Liz has an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College and a masters degree in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Liz speaks fluent Spanish.

Sue Soden
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Sue Soden, Managing Partner at Altus since 2012, oversees daily operations and brings extensive sales and management expertise that has helped establish the company’s reputation for integrity and strong customer relationships. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, has a background in sales and sales management, and is fluent in Italian.

Eve joined Altus Global Aviation in 2015. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2007, and she has a B.S. in Business Administration from Columbia College.
Kari Siegmeier
Repair and Quality Manager

Kari joined Altus Global Aviation in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in Operations and Engineering Project Management. She leads the Repair Group with expertise in process improvement and strategic planning. She holds a B.S. in Operations Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University and is also a Certified Pilates Instructor.
Emma Soden
Sales Executive

Emma joined Altus Global Aviation full-time in 2022 after interning for several summers. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and the British American Drama Academy. Outside of sales, Emma is also an actor and yoga instructor.
Isabel Soden
Sales and Procurement Executive

Isabel joined Altus Global Aviation in 2021 as an intern before working in sales and now procurement. She is a graduate of The University of Michigan and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Isabel also speaks fluent Spanish.
Ally Krizka
Marketing Executive

Ally joined Altus Global Aviation full-time in the fall of 2024 after graduating from the University of South Carolina with Leadership Distinction in Global Learning. She assists in administrative and operational tasks, as well as the sales and repair teams. Outside of work at Altus, she is currently working towards a Certificate in Higher Education through Oxford University.
Alice Tomaszek
Assistant Repair Coordinator

Alice joined Altus Global Aviation, LLC in February 2025 after working for Snap-on Tools in Internet Technology as a business analyst, and IT project manager. Alice has 30+ years of experience working with ERP systems and brings in-depth knowledge of OSHA requirements and training for small businesses in general industry

Noah Siegmeier
Warehouse Manager
Noah joined Altus Global Aviation full-time in the fall of 2024 after graduating from Grinnell College with a B.A. in Psychology. He also interned at Altus in 2022 and 2023. He oversees warehouse operations and coordinates physical organization of sales and repair orders. Outside of Altus, he is pursuing an MSW degree from Aurora University.
